Booking Policy

Any payment or deposit made for your appointment is non-refundable and will be credited to your account with us. This credit is transferable and can be used for future appointments or product purchases in case you need to reschedule within the 24-hour notice period.


Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. When you schedule an appointment, we commit this time to cater to your needs. We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any changes or cancellations. If you must cancel or change your appointment within 24 hours, you will be responsible for the total cost of your session. We do, however, understand that emergencies can arise, and in such cases, we will waive this fee. We appreciate your understanding as this policy ensures fairness to both us and other clients who may have sought your appointment time.


If you are unable to make your appointment, you have the option to send someone else in your place; just inform us in advance. To request a refund, a 5% service fee will be applied. This fee helps cover card transaction fees. For the smooth operation of our studio and to provide you with the best possible experience, we kindly request new clients to arrive 5-10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. Punctuality ensures that you receive the full treatment without any interruptions.


As our priority is to create a beautiful and safe space for your treatments, we respectfully ask that you refrain from bringing children to your appointment due to safety reasons and to maintain a serene atmosphere for our other clients.
