Returns and Exchanges
At Simplicitè Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for 'change of mind', we do offer exchanges or store credit for eligible cases. Please take note of the following guidelines:
If you receive a product with faulty packaging or encounter any other issues that you believe to be a fault, please reach out to us at hello@simpliciteskinclinic.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once you've contacted us, we will guide you through the return or exchange process. Please note that returns and exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis and may take up to 7 days to process an exchange or issue store credit. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're here to assist you.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers hold their value until the expiration date indicated and cannot be honoured or reissued after this date. Please be aware that Simplicitè Beauty cannot assume responsibility for any misplaced or stolen vouchers and is unable to provide replacements in such instances. Additionally, these vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be converted into cash. They are also not combinable with any ongoing offers or specials at Simplicitè Beauty.
